Rates 

Rates for the 2008 season are based on a 7 day hire commencing on a Friday.  Shorter term hires may be possible, especially in the low season.  Of course you can hire the motorhome for longer periods as well*, please contact us for further information.

When you rent a Cairn Motorhome you'll get a great level of equipment as standard.  Each van is equiped with bed linen, towels, kitchen ware, acrylic crockery and utensils.  To compliment that, all vans have external 3 bike racks, TV/DVD players, radio/CD and reversing aids (CCTV and sensors) as standard. 

Weekly Rental Rates

All costs are inclusive of VAT and include UK wide breakdown cover and fully comprehensive insurance for one driver, others may be included at no extra cost.

**Excluding 10th - 24th which will be charged at £700 per week.

Collection and Return

Collection is between the hours of 3–7 pm on Friday

Returns are between the hours of 8–10 am on Friday

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cheques, bank transfers and cash.  Please phone to make your reservation.

European travel outwith mainland GB is subject to small premiums on insurance and breakdown recovery. 

Short term hires have a minimum period of 3 days, with the day rate calculated on the weekly charge out divided by 6.

The Christmas and New Year period is subject to a £650/week charge out rate.

Insurance Excess Deposit and CDW

Prior to the start of the hire we request that you place a £1000 security deposit to cover the insurance excess and potential accident damage, this will be returned to you at the end of the hire period after a satisfactory inspection of the vehicle.  (The money is held on your credit card, like a standard car hire) However by paying the CDW (collision damage waiver) of £29 per day of hire, this deposit can be reduced to £200.
